Triple Moon Necklace with Solar Quartz

I purchases these stunning Solar Quartz that inspired the Triple Moon Necklace. I started with picking the sheet metal for the Quartz, I used Nickel Silver for the white Quartz and Brass for the purple one.

I then drew out the shape that I wanted and put tape over it, and then cut it out with a jewelers saw.

Both Pieces are cut out.

Hidden pentacle was cut out.

Sanded to a soft finish.

And they are done!!!

Blooming Mother Tree Necklace

This is a new piece that I have been working on. It is a Blooming Mother Tree. I started with a nickel silver wire that I formed into an oval, soldered and hammered. I then had drew a Mother Tree on nickel silver sheet metal. Next I started cutting out all of the negative space.

After that, I soldered both pieces together and sanded the whole piece.

The flowers were then cut and formed from copper.

I added little silver balls for the middle and then the flowers were soldered onto the piece. A bail was added. Then it was polished to a high sheen. So after six hours of work, she is all done!!! I love the way she turned out.
